Dangggg, with the weather goin up to 30 degree celcius, scorching sun and dry weather, I really wonder if the America continent has moved to the other side of the world, all of sudden. I am practically wearing t-shirt and shorts. I thought wouldn't have the chance to wear them at all! It's practically that hot, grrrr. Earlier this week it was sooo freaking windy! And now the weather change so extremely. Not only that, the hot weather will stay till Tuesday, before dropping to as low as 11 degree celcius on Wednesday. Wtf?

Secondly, my host decided not to cook tonight. Instead she bought KFC since I was curious to try American KFC. Like it's where fried chicken started right? So yeah, since my auntie was health-concious, we decided to choose the chickens to be grilled rather than fried. When I ate it at home, I was baffled. THAT "GRILLED CHICKEN" TASTES EXACTLY THE SAME WITH THE TRADITIONAL INDONESIAN FRIED CHICKEN! What the hell mannnnnnnn =.=

So this weekend will be filled with assignments. I have a retrospective essay draft to be done, paragraph on fast food, revisions on chapters covered, doing exercises on workbook too. Feels like the nerd days are not over yet :(

Oh ya, maybe I should not bring too many stationery like I used to be? It's kinda heavy, now that I realise it.

Quick update. Have been enrolling in Econ 1, Anthro 2, French 1, EWRTE 211/212. First day was really tough, I started to panic etc. But from the second day till today I'm coping well. Although it's still hard for me to look for class E34, I got lost.

Anyway, Econ 1/Macroecon is fine for me. Dr Perera teaches very well. The only problem is the class is big and when I'm late, I have to sit at the back and with my height, it's not easy to see the words on the LCD. I mean a lot of people here and when they sit, they're still tall!

Anthro is so-so. Can't really get the theory yet. I'm somehow more interested on the facts or stories Dr Yang told. And she might need help with the technology. The projector doesn't work on her laptop (I think it actually works, but she doesn't know how to), then she wanted to use the slide projector, but she changed her mind as she didn't have the clear transparent base with her (actually there's some transparent roll on the device, but I wasn't quite sure though, maybe it's finished?). So basically, we lost around 15 minutes because of that.

French, well, I don't have the book yet. I really hope I'll get that soon 'cause I'm gonna need it by next week. I'm ordering online from Amazon.com and hoping it'll arrive on time. The class isn't that hard, since it's for beginner, but it's hard to catch the words as the instructor is a French native speaker. Thus, English and French sound somewhat the same.

Lastly is English class (EWRTE 211/212). It's kind of slow paced class, from what I observe these few days. A lot of discussion though. And the instructors really make sure that everyone's opinion will be heard. Quite fun, not bad.

I've already got some assignments. Wrting an article for Anthro 2, doing some exercise for French 1 and review of passages for English. Gonna be busy eh?

Oh yaa, the canteen's burger is really good! I actually ate the cabbage and tomato LOL! Ok, random.

I must have been taken TaoKaeNoi and milk tea for granted. And I regret it as hell! It's been a month I'm here! I'm so deprived of them :(

I've searched almost 5 supermarkets (2 chinese supermarkets, a korean-japanese supermarket, and 2 american supermarkets), THEY DON'T HAVE IT AT ALL! What if my brain stopped working? Grrrrrrr.

Peeps, give me 5 good reasons, why Indonesians start to use Blackberry so much?

The storm is hitting my town and even my driver asks why! He told me that he saw some high school girls getting out from the car. ALL were holding Blackberries. None of them were looking at the road. Instead, they were busily typing.

Even I have to ask myself why, you see. Yes it has the mobile MSN, BB messenger and the facebook application. But isn't it too much, recently? Even people from the more developed country don't use it so irrationally.

And why don't people think about its convenience. Don't say that you do if you have posted the pictures of BBs you have at facebook (and you even tagged the BBs with your name(s), well maybe it's because you don't want people to think that 'oh that out-of-date BB is his/hers'). Other way to show that they own BB is to post their BB PIN in every place possible! How great! They don't even think about there are more than enough freaks and weirdos out there who can access your site!

I don't despise BB. I'm just thinking that its a bit too much.

I've posted all the administration stuff to the US via the agency
My visa has been approved
I'm addicted to Harvest Moon
Also I take dance lessons these days. Things like Jazz, basic hip hop and salsa. Nothing extraordinary
I'm goin to repair my laptop
Which means I'm able to buy new hand phone instead and I can't decide on what to buy
I'm learning how to drive. The lesson started this morning

That Tom Hanks' Film

Ok, I watched this Tom Hanks' movie two days ago. It was The Money Pit. Google it for the synopsis.

It's fun to watch, funny and refreshing. But there's one thing I've learnt there. In a relationship (friendship, love, family, partnership or whatever), do not blame for each other's faults. Yes, probably you can't forgive what they have done, but don't shout out loud and start fighting. It really won't help. I'm 100% sure.

'Cause when one person blames the other, the other person will start to find the other person's mistake, or may be even the third party's mistake and so on. It will never end. And all the forgivens and promises and happiness you had are gonna be sucked in to the black hole of hatred and that's the end of the relationship. And that's pathetic.

So, be patient every one! And it's better to squeeze your brain to think about solutions rather than to think about what are the flaws someone has.

I have to really learn how to apply this too. Rather than just analysing this essay isn't it?

By the way, this only applies to someone precious to you and a respected relationship. For those unwanted ones, kick them out.

I'm currently in Soekarno-Hatta Intl Airport Jakarta! The journey has ended and now it's time for me to recharged and relax ;D
